Valley United Way is very pleased to have two conference rooms which it makes available to area nonprofits at no charge.

The Raymond P. Lavietes is the larger and more flexible of the two rooms. There are eight six foot long and two round tables that may be configured to meet various needs. The room also has an LCD projector and computer with Internet access.

The Katherine Matthies Room is a bit smaller and contains two large conference tables that cannot be moved. Instead of an overhead projector, the room features a large screen TV which can be used for presentations. There is a computer with Internet access connected to the TV.

The use of the room is free to area nonprofits, but groups must leave the rooms as they find them. United Way will not be supplying refreshments, but groups may make arrangements to bring in their own. Janitorial services is not provided for meetings.

To check for availability, you might first want to visit Valley United Way's on-line calendar here. United Way's office hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Arrangements for use of the room at other times may be made.

In order to use the room groups must complete and submit this on-line form and provide a certificate of insurance.

I understand that my organization is completely responsible for setting up and cleaning up for my event and the room(s) will be left as they were prior to the meeting. We will forward a certificate of insurance prior to using the room.
